Electric Motorsports in Oakland, CA has two scooter lines: EVT and Oxygen. (They also make some really fast electric motorcycles.)

Oxygen

The Oxygen is a belt-driven bike so it is a tad noiser, but also has more torque so it is better for hill riding. Top speed is electronically limited to 28 mph. It is the only scooter besides the eGo that has real regenerative braking which is cool. (the Zapino has a little bit of regenerative braking, but not enough to really slow you down much). One minor annoyance is that unlike other scooters, the Oxygen requires that you push several buttons when you first turn it on.
